"President Bill Clinton will return to Ohio Thursday, October 30th, to headline two “Early Vote for Change” rallies for Barack Obama. He will encourage early voting and discuss the Obama/Biden plan to create new jobs in Ohio, cut taxes for middle class families and strengthen our economy. President Clinton will hold events in Campbell (near Youngstown) and Toledo, Ohio."
