Chuck Norris Plugs Book, Radio Show, Radical Judge, Ron Paul, His Own Bid for the White House...Oh, and John Kasich

John Kasich received his first major endorsement of the 2010 campaign for Governor as he landed the legendary Chuck Norris. Yes, the same Chuck Norris who actively campaigned for other political losers like Mike Huckabee and John McCain is now hoping to drag down the Ohio GOP's presumptive nominee for Governor.

In a rambling endorsement on the Kasich website, Norris briefly praises Kasich as one of his "three amigos" who fight for America. Other amigos include Roy Moore - the Alabama judge who refused to remove a copy of the ten commandments from his courtroom and "suggested that the first case of mad cow disease in the state was a conspiracy to help pass a state animal identification system." Norris, in his brief endorsement of Kasich, goes on to call Texas Congressman Ron Paul a "shining example of one who stands for truth, justice and the American way." He also plugs his book and radio show saying, "I am concerned about the future of our country, and I wrote about it in my cultural manifesto, “Black Belt Patriotism. ” I also address my concerns weekly in my syndicated column, available at WND and in various publications across the country."

Only Chuck Norris could make an endorsement of someone else seem like an endorsement of himself. I almost can't wait to see if Kasich can convince the Sham-Wow guy to get on the K-Train too.

What's most comical about Norris' completely absurd endorsement of John Kasich is his opening line: "People are always asking me to run for some form of government office. In fact, there are some fans right now on the Internet proposing I run for president in 2012, and they are trying to accumulate 1 million signatures to get the ball rolling."
