Good Tim Ryan Interview From the Convention

This 14-minute interview with Youngstown Congressman Tim Ryan, done at the convention this week, covers issues such as why he thinks SB 5 will have an impact on helping President Obama and Sherrod Brown carry Ohio, the future of manufacturing, winning over blue-colalr white men, and protecting Medicare and Social Security.

My favorite part is where the interviewer, clearly not up on Ohio politics, says "I don't know if your district is competitive or not." Ryan just smiles and chuckles and says "We're working hard."Even without the grotesque gerrymander, Ryan represents a solid blue region. And his token opponent is a crazy wingnut teabagger who doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell. Thank goodness.
