I Voted Today

And by today, I mean just about 5 minutes ago as I begin to type this.

I just sealed the outer envelope of my absentee ballot. It really feels good to be voting FOR someone for a change. Like many, I wasn't that impressed with John Kerry during the 2004 election. He hadn't been my choice in the primary but I voted for him.

It wasn't a "hold your nose and vote for him" situation but it wasn't with a great deal of enthusiasm. Tonight was different (even if there was a place on the ballot to seriously hold my nose - it wasn't at the top of the ticket).

No "I voted" sticker in the envelope so let this be my e-sticker instead.
