John Kasich states: African Americans can "come off the streets" and own businesses

According to the Huffington Post, John Kasich, our wonderful Governor stated that African Americans need to be convinced that they can "come off the streets" and become small business owners.
What a wonderful view of African Americans he has.
Will Kasich's next attempt at enlightenment be to tell us about "legitimate" rape?
