Lorain County Dems Chairman's Banquet w/ Strickland & Kaptur 5/16

The Lorain County Democratic Party will honor county party Chairman Tom Smith at its Chairman's Banquet May 16 at Lorain County Community College's Spitzer Conference Center.

Smith, an attorney, has been involved in various county and Elyria organizations, as well as politics, for many years.

Gov. Ted Strickland and U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur will be special guests.

Tickets are $125 per person or $200 for a couple. Reservations are required and must be confirmed by May 9. R.S.V.P. by calling 233-5555 from noon to 4 p.m. or 244-3224 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Dinner starts at 7 p.m. with a cocktail hour preceding it.
