Barack Obama will hold a public event in Toledo Monday at the SeaGate Convention Centre. The event will be free and open to the public but tickets are required and are no longer available. Obama will focus on his plans to stand up for the middle class, strengthen America’s economy and bring the change our country needs.
Obama will be in the Toledo area preparing for Wednesday’s final presidential debate at Hofstra University in New York.

It's sort of ironic that Barack Obama is prepping for the debate in Lucas County, given that in an overwhelmingly Democratic county, the majority of the elected officials are either really vile DINOs or were mostly Clinton supporters... The guest speaker list could be interesting, but will probably include all of the usual suspects.

I am an independent NYer, married to a Republican Ohio boy so you can see that I believe in "working across the aisle"!
But, after 9/11 (I had a business in downtown NY) it broke my heart to watch the united feeling in this country slip away.
I will support whichever candidate wins this election, we must come together to find a way through the challenges that face us all, BUT my music and my support are behind the man who has reminded me that we are indeed our brother's keeper.
