OH-5: Another Campaign Site

Fred Pieper (R-Paulding) has a web site. Born on the Fourth of July, Pieper is a U.S. Navy veteran and a lineman with the Paulding-Putnam Electrical Cooperative, Inc. He calls himself an ordinary citizen, a Conservative Republican, and one who "is frustrated when he sees some Republicans bow to special interest or compromise their ideals just in order to gain popularity." He is a past chair of the Paulding County Republican Party. His web site doesn't mention it, but I thought I heard or read somewhere that said he was a primary candidate in 1998. Trying to track that down.
That leaves only Michael Reynolds (R-Columbus Grove) without a known campaign site. The other sites are linked on my Candidates List.
Fred Pieper
Fred ran for Ohio State Rep. Sorry I don't remember the date, but I do remember he won Van Wert County.
In 2006 he tried for Paulding County Auditor.
He was Paulding County Rep Party Chair, you could ask Jan Commers at the election board for exact dates.
Fred's younger brother Tim was Paulding County Court Judge for a few years.
