Tonight's Dem Convention Lineup — with Strickland & Beatty!

The serious festivities kick off this evening at 5 p.m. in Charlotte at the Democratic National Convention. Right about now they should be going through the formalities.

Several Ohioans are in the lineup.

In the 6-7 p.m. hour, Cincinnati firefighter Doug Stern, a leader in the fight against SB 5, will talk.

Former Governor Ted Strickland will kick off the 9-10 p.m. hour and undoubtedly have a different take on what's happening in Ohio from the one John Kasich offered at the GOP convention last week.

District 3 congressional candidate (and soon to be congresswoman) Joyce Beatty is allegedly on the schedule too as part of a group of congresswoman and women congressional candidates joining Nancy Pelosi at the podium. But I can't find that so I assume it may have been kicked back until tomorrow.
