It's 2:20 p.m. in the gymnasium at Baldwin-Wallace College and a restless, excited crowd is buzzing. Someone just started up a spontaneous "We ... Want ... Change!" chant, which gained strength for a few minutes before tapering out.

Big clapping and cheering now, as someone appeared to be ready to step up to the stage. (False alarm.) Everyone still standing and clapping.
